To provide a straight forward first time service, to each and every customer backed up by up front costs and quotations for work so there are no hidden charges or after project costs.
We charge a standard hourly rate of £40.00 ex vat during normal working hours for call outs and each project or further works would be backed by a quotation to fix or an installation cost.
We have standard rates for service of boilers, air conditioning unit's pumps and many other items.
We work using our central call number so to enable you to contact us each and every time with an engineer calling you or answering to give immediate feed back each time.
